GlobalTex Information:
Our
next exciting event for our 65th Anniversary is the birth of GlobalTex,
which will premiere April 28-30, 2009 at the Los Angeles Convention
Center. Registration has already begun. TALA members receive a discount
up to $500 on booth space per show, but it's essential to sign up for
the show early in order to take advantage of this discount and to help
achieve a critical mass of exhibitors. Call Heather Wurst at (310)
339-3735 or Sue Flannagan at the TALA Office at (213) 627-6173. We have
already received great media attention for GlobalTex, and the Web site
is up and running: www.globaltex.com. We need TALA members to lead the
way and work together on an exciting new show. GlobalTex, the
history-breaking event, will give synergy and growth to the textile,
apparel, and retail world, as well as bring visibility and sparkle to
Los Angeles.
Our visibility and importance for 64 years is not only
being maintained, but this year has become the “Year of Rebirth and
Importance” to Textile, Apparel, and Retail Industries.
Join and support us for 2009 at the “Show of shows” - the
history-making GlobalTex.
